Image Merge respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information collected through the app and third-party services.
We comply with Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines, GDPR, and other privacy standards.
2. Data We Access
- Camera Access: Used only when you take a new photo inside the app. Photos are processed locally and not uploaded.
- Photo Library Access: Used to select existing photos to merge or edit, and to save the final result. Photos remain on your device.
- Device Identifiers (IDFA): Used by Google AdMob for personalized or non-personalized ads, based on your consent.
- Crash and Performance Data: Collected anonymously through Firebase Crashlytics to fix bugs and improve performance.
- Purchase Data: Managed securely through Apple and RevenueCat to verify in-app purchases and subscriptions.
3. How We Use Data
The data accessed or collected is used only for:
- Enabling app functionality (merging, editing, and saving photos)
- Displaying and measuring ads (via AdMob)
- Improving app performance and fixing crashes
- Managing purchases, subscriptions, and refunds
4. Third-Party Services
- Google AdMob: Displays ads and may use device identifiers (IDFA) for ad personalization, subject to your consent.
- Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics: Collects anonymous usage and crash data to improve app quality.
- RevenueCat: Manages subscriptions and purchase validation securely through Apple’s App Store.

5. Tracking Transparency (ATT)
When you first launch the app, you may be asked to allow “tracking.” This refers to the use of the device’s advertising identifier (IDFA) for ad personalization.
You can change this choice anytime in your iPhone Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
6. Data Retention & Security
We do not collect or store your photos or personal data on our servers.
Analytics and crash reports collected via Firebase are anonymous and used only for diagnostics.
Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and RevenueCat.
7. Your Rights
- Opt out of personalized ads through your device’s privacy settings.
- Request deletion of any stored data through third-party providers (Google / RevenueCat).
- Withdraw consent for camera or photo access in your device’s system settings.
8. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed toward children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
9. Policy Updates
This privacy policy may be updated occasionally. The updated version will always be available at this same link with a revised “Last Updated” date.
